Taking time for YOU

In a world where we are constantly busy with everyday tasks, it's easy to tell yourself that you don't have time for you things! Well I am sure that with these but simple steps, you will find that not only do you have time but that time can improve your day exponentially.


Step 1.


Write a list of things if you had time you would love to do, for example:- writing a short story, setting up a blog, drawing, dancing, yoga.


Step 2.


Have a think and determine when you are most alert. I am defintely a morning person, my afternoon break is for tea or a speed nap.


Step 3.


Designate 10 minutes in that active time the very next day and pick one of the things on your list and whether it's finding a great yoga site or writing the first line of your story just go for it.


Each day repeat step 3 and it doesn't have to be the same thing, one day you might start learning how to set up a blog and the next you might start learning a dance routine.


The idea is to have fun and take back a little bit of your day for you, I promise you it will do you the world of good.
